To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required by bank transfer. The remaining 70% is payable upon arrival.
**Cancellation Policy**
For standard reservations, cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
For weekend stays ( 2-night stays from 25 September to 23 December 2026 and from 3 January to 28 May 2027), more flexible cancellation terms apply:
• 14 or more days before arrival – 100% refund of the deposit
• 7–13 days before arrival – 50% refund of the deposit
• 6 days or less before arrival – the deposit is non-refundable
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 8:00 AM. For shorter and weekend stays, more flexible check-in and check-out times may be arranged, subject to availability.
The swimming pool is not available from 2 October to 31 December 2026 and from 1 January to 30 April 2027.
